Please contact our Data Manager, Cheryl Gulledge, with any questions regarding enrollment.  Rising Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2022 to be eligible to register for Kindergarten.

Currently, Cabarrus County Schools is operating on a summer schedule. All area schools will be open from 8:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday through July 28, 2023. For 2023-24 Enrollment Assistance, please email cheryl.gulledge@cabarrus.k12.nc.us to ask a question or schedule an appointment.

 

Below is some important information you will need as you begin the 2023-24 school year with us.

 

Applications for the 2023-24 school year are processed in the order they are received. To ensure a smooth transition, please make sure the following are uploaded into your Scribbles application.

 

            Current Lease/Deed in parent/legal guardian name

Current utility bill that includes the name of the parent/legal guardian, date, and address

Birth Certificate of the child you are enrolling

 

If you are not on the Lease/Deed, please make sure to upload the additional documents listed below:

 

            Current Lease/Deed

            Current utility bill in the Lease/Deed owners name that includes the date and address

            Photo ID of Lease/Deed owner

            Once your application is processed, both parties will be asked to visit the school to fill out a notarized form

 

*NC Health Assessment and Immunizations are due by September 8, 2023!

 

To view the status of your Scribbles application, please visit your Scribbles dashboard. Due to the shortened summer break, calls and emails regarding application status will not be returned. If any documentation is needed, you will be notified via email from Scribbles.

 

 

If your student will require bus transportation for the 2023-24 school year, please click here to fill out the Google form. All fields with a * are required. Bus forms MUST be filled out by 5:00pm, Thursday, July 7th to secure a bus for the first day of school. (You may need to click Ctrl and the link)
